Paula L. Feroleto receives the TAP Fund endorsement for New York State Supreme Court, 8th Judicial District. Ms. Feroleto is running on the Democrat, Independence, Conservative, and Working Families lines. She is the only woman candidate for the 3 available positions.

There are two candidates for the one opening for Erie County Family Court Judge. Both Deborah A. Haendiges and Margaret Olszewski Szczur are qualified Pro-Choice candidates. Margaret Szczur who served as Family Court Judge for 10 years is running on the Democrat, Conservative and Working Families lines. Deborah Haendiges who is running on the Republican and Independence lines was appointed by the governor to fill a vacancy earlier this year.
